Who We Are

We’re a life coaching practice rooted in the belief that real change begins with clarity, self-awareness, and support. Our mission is to help individuals move beyond doubt, overwhelm, and uncertainty — and into lives that feel purposeful, confident, and aligned.

Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, seeking deeper fulfillment, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, our coaching process is designed to meet you where you are. Through honest conversations, proven tools, and compassionate guidance, we help you uncover your goals, shift your mindset, and take meaningful action.

We’re not here to tell you who to be — we’re here to walk beside you as you become the version of yourself you’ve always known was possible.

Dancing has always been my joy

Early in childhood

I grew up in a household that was effected by WWII. Both my parents lived through it as children/teenagers and that, of course, had a definite effect on how they functioned later on in life. Expression was not something that came easy to either one of my parents. It is now well known that this is what happened for most of that generation, and the generation that came after that (mine therefor) grew up in often emotionally and expressively stunted environments.

Being a highly sensitive child, that was very hard to handle.

Music and dance became my expression!

Dance and music continued...

I started with ballet at age six and was so excited to do it! The classes were a highlight of my week. A little bit later I was allowed to take piano lessons, and that too I loved. I'm sure my family didn't love the practicing as much...

I kept doing ballet, jazz-ballet, ballroom, belly dance, Norse dances and more. Whatever form dance comes in, I love doing it and sharing it with others.

Argentine Tango

Around 2007 on a lazy Sunday afternoon, I went to an Argentine tango practica (an afternoon to practice tango). I had never done that before, seemed like a afternoon. I absolutely fell in love with it and have been dancing it ever since. I went to milongas usually 3 times a week and started taking classes. I enjoyed a lovely tango community in my hometown at the time, Portland, OR.

Moving to the Netherlands when Covid just had started, created a hiatus, however I'm fully back. Continuing to build a lovely tango community here.

I've always danced as a follower, and just in 2025 have I started taking classes to become a leader. I actually really like it, which I didn't really expect. Tango is a life-long-learning process for me which I thoroughly enjoy.

I do what I sayy Talk

I realized that the tools I've used all these years, are very helpful for tango dancers, so currently I'm offering services specifically focused on helping my fellow tango dancers improve their dance.

How you ask?

When we have our first appointment, I will have you do a certain number of specific exercises that will give us immediate feedback on where the possible imbalances are. We use muscle testing (bio-feedback) to ascertain that information. Once we have established that, we will do a certain number of re-patternings that will facilitate your system accepting the integrated movement patterns as "automatic", and the one-sided patterns as "choice". This creates a much more effective body-brain connection.

You will then go home with an exercise routine to do for a number of weeks.

After that we will have a follow up appointment to see what has shifted, what still causes trouble/takes effort and how to balance that.

Usually people see result within 3 appointments.

We can continue to hone in on specific issues and improve your dance. We can focus on every specific issue you run into and effectively help you create new neuropathways in your brain.
