My time with Lucia always feels well spent. I generally leave feeling more grounded in who I am and what I can be doing to improve. She has a way of getting to the root of what’s blocking me from being my best self by helping me to uncover it on my own, artfully guiding the process all the way through with her wide range of modalities.
